I'm beginning to sound a bit like a broken record... 2 events collided in the last couple of weeks causing me to *gasp* (re)get an iPhone.

1) My Sprint Palm Centro finally had the 5-way navigator stop working in 4 of the 5 directions. This makes is exceptionally difficult to navigate the device. I've tried every other Sprint phone and none really do what I want or need.

2) Vacationing in a foreign country with my wife's iPhone once again showed me how useful the device can be, especially when traveling without a laptop.
